daily huddle

Post by celerycelery »

According to our DIM today RM have said no more changes till end of the financial year. Sure they told us it was the end of the calendar year last time it was mentioned. Are they running a little scared?. When we queried the % they said had attended work during saturdays strike they wouldnt answer if that included days off and sick leave. If they get a figure of who hasnt turned into work during the strike then i reckon they class day offs and sick leavers as though they would come into work to boost attendance figures.

My daily huddle consisted on sales targets, cleaning schedules and daily rotas....................................but then I was in Asda at the time and they seemed genuinely amused that I called them daily cuddles (I was on the verge of asking the manager/leader for a cuddle but my wife gave me one of those looks  ).
