The firstline fix was all about improving you unit
eg we bought nice furniture for the restroom a couple years back.
of course now with the emphasis shift to cost cutting and downsizing rm are not spending money-
full stop, only interested in running down and phasing out.
I'm a postman-and i know where you live.....

It is still available but managers have to ask for it explaining why they want it and if they(whoever they are) agree then it is honoured.
