3: Can I arrange for an undelivered item to be redelivered to me
during the strikes?
Whilst redeliveries should be available for Thursday 29th and Friday 30th
October, we cannot
guarantee them across all areas. We are also unable to arrange any redeliveries on Saturday
31st October and Monday 2nd November.

unable to arrange any redeliveries on Monday 2nd November ??? .... why ,is there an extra strike day we are unaware of ???

struggling to clear backlogs in offices maybe ?? .... but this is only 1 day strike each section.... what will happen when 2 strike days each section will be announced ?? ... no redeliveries for the week ?? mmmm.

I think redeliveries for Monday 2nd Nov could not be requested because of Saturday's strike = not able to deal with customer requests for redelivery. I doubt there is anything sinister going on.
