There's just been an article on Sky News about the post in Holland.
Apparently TNT have the USO there but are planning job cuts because of falling volumes (sounds familiar).
A postal company called SANDD is taking business fom them, because they can undercut them.
They do this by only delivering twice a week, and subcontracting deliveries to (self- employed) posties.
Is this the future?
