of christmas bonus? Not that am all bothered they measly give us 100 quid bonus when croizer had hundreds of thousands of pound bonus....

I thought that the Christmas bonus was taken out of our wages weekly and given as a lump sum at Christmas!

I thought it was a token of their gratitude for all the extra effort we put in over the christmas period, and part of the terms of our remuneration packet. If they are taking that away, I think we can justifiably cut off, and not do all the extra hours. However I would imagine most will want to work to pay for the strike days and pressies for the wife and kids. Mind you knowing local managers they will ban strikers from doing overtime and give it all to the s.......(strike breakers)
