I think we all basically agree that if we have a 40hr contract then it is reasonable to do 40hrs work. I am talking here about the general workforce, because obviously this doesn't apply to management, you see managers turning up at 6-30am and then you don't see them again after 12-30,could it be that they are on 30hr contracts? no that can't be true because when it comes to saturday they appear to have only a 2/3 hour agreement, one manager we had had an aversion to saturday woking and was possibly only 3/4 times a year on that particular day, and finally just out of interest, should an office have some form of management on site while people are working.
