Basically we let TNT customers use our postboxes for letters with TNT stamps affixed.
At a price determined by the regulator. This should be a couple of pence per letter more than it costs to collect it!
we sort it from our mail then take it to them for final delivery.
Only problem is.. theres no such thing as a TNT postman .
and never will be while there is really really cheap downstream access.
