Re: phase 4
The trouble with phase 4, and why a large number voted against the 2007 deal, was that nothing was set in stone. It relied on working groups (incidentally I was invited to take part in one of these, agreed, but never heard anymore about it) to decide on the major issues of the future - a big mistake.

Re: phase 4
Thats one of the issues Royal Mail will not give any details of the changes for 2010 (What have thet got to hide?), and feel that they can go ahead without Union involvement and agreement.

Go to the 'The Document' thread in the News forum, shows the leaked document, you will see a few of the ideas RM already have planned for Phase 4.

Re: phase 4
Don't believe what royalmail says i have worked many years for them but they seek too choose which they talk about / implement of which phase 4 is one which they do not wish to discus which is the future for all which was set out in 2007 an agreement abrogated by greed corruption and deceit of the ones who benefit for the most part!. MANDELSON / CROZIER /HIGGSON!. For agreement is only just if it incorporates all who it serves and all who works within it!.
