Manager has been walking around yesterday asking people 2 questions

1 Are you in the union.
2 Are you coming into work Friday.

Told the manager i will make my mind up Friday afternoon on question 2, they soon got the message. :mfo :mfo :mfo

Thats what they do in our office ,the managers come round and say no overtime we just laugh , it cracks them up .Il ask the managers if i can join UNITE !!

In another office in our region managers have been telling posties that they should be working on fri if they're not in the Union. I'd say that counts as harrassment surely? Not only that but it's a bare faced lie.
