we were briefed yesterday by our assistant dom (dom on his usual saturday off) that we would be starting later by half an hour on tuesday so we can work half an hour later on saturday following the strike on friday
has any other office heard this is happening to them?
he was rightly told by the majority to stick it where the sun doesnt shine...
area rep is coming in tomorrow should be fun it just makes me more proud and determined to be manning the picket line at 5am friday morning :cfo :mfo

Re: FLEX????
point out that in thw 2007 agreement that saturdays remain unchanged by all changes, that includes start times, at my offices its still 5am start on a saturday because our union rep made them stick to the agreement of unchanged saturdays.

we are being asked to work less in the week so we can do an extra 30mins on saturday. has anybody got a link to the above in writing. i can find the bit that says "may be asked" well i wasn't asked today i was told, the only thing i was asked is how do i want to lose the 30mins. according to our boss, it's happening. thankscoxie wrote:point out that in thw 2007 agreement that saturdays remain unchanged by all changes, that includes start times, at my offices its still 5am start on a saturday because our union rep made them stick to the agreement of unchanged saturdays.
