Are there still efficiency changes going on?

Any of you guys still going through the motions?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Bit personal postman :left:

Our office has 2 hour walks - pegasus, and lots at 4 hr 15, one timed at 5hr 10.

No additional walks going in, just 10 mins off this one, and added to that one.

Some folk home at half 12, nothing said, others, cut/stream, take all the extended delivery, but are tested, timed, watched all the time.
