They just dont add up ,for a firm that is on the down we r given bonuses ,managers are given even bigger bonuses ,postmans delivery bags full to the brim .Yet in win and watch were getting new contracts things are good .tHE POST OFFICE SAY MAIL IS DOWN ,NO ITS NOT weve lost some income but we still deliver tnt etc mail so the postman still delivers just as much mail .Our managment tells us the average days mail is 42,000 .Yet a manager 6yrs ago told me it was 32,000 ,we deliver more flats, more packets ,more specials .Working practices have changed ,wearing of seatbelts at all times ,mail in back of van , later starts which results in you having to break from your delivery to make 1pm shut off need i go on
