Seriously though, some estates for our DO you smell weed growing all the time, I wouldn't tell the cops nothing about it. Are they gonna send round a body guard with you when the dealers find out it's the postie shopping everyone in? Drug lords knock people off all the time, cops don't give a s**t about the lives they may be putting in danger. You get someone locked up for 10 years in Manchester or somewhere you could be shot by his brother the next day no problem. You'd probablly be done for wilful delay even then.
