Why have so few never complained is it because the few have been given so much in bonuses and thus will hold their silence for ever more and will not speek of the destruction of the uk's postal service!. For fear of losing their bonus has GORDON BROWN not said a bonus not earned because of failure is a bonus not worthy and should be repaid!. All royalmail management should take note!. If i was the PM we would need more body bag's ammo and blindfolds but for some only hanging will do :lfo & :cfo & :mfo !.

If Royal Mail are heavily fined over the scandals to do with fixing test letters and Quality of service there must be a case for bonuses based on quality of service to be repaid :cfo

IMO the bonus culture in Royal Mail is worse than the banks, how exactly can they justify giving :cfo such an obscene salary+benefits, and didn't the bloke who shut down 1000's of post offices get a £1m bonus for doing so? It's a joke, especially in the current financial climate :cfo
