Let's hope Daily Mail readers will begin to understand what 'modernisation' actually means.

tip of the iceberg and i wonder how many business realise that even though they have a timed delivery dont realise that offices are sitting on their mail as we have later deliveries hitting the office.in some cases we have to sit on more mail thats actually delivered.

What these companies don't realise is it's only the mail that can be separated at the MC and sent down separately, all other mail will just be delivered the next day

Re: Didn't Expect to read this in the Mail
These 'timed delivery slots' start at 6am, by which time barely any mail has been sorted at our office. So businesses will end up paying the £3,000 to receive their mail a day late, that's modernization!!!

I wish the daily mail would make its mind up who's to blame...
last week it was cos all us posties are lazy, left-wing dinosaurs, finishing 3hrs before our time... now its all managements fault for introducing policies that we are opposed to and prepared to strike over.
Schitzoid reporting at its best!
