Re: 15 minutes ago
overtime wallah parachuted in from another office seen 6pm sat , this bloke (dead rock star) is known and often arrives at midday after finishing his own duty. Midday arrival includes a half hour drive to our gaff ....... RM encouraging Spanish practices ? Very good chance he done docket at his own depot then onto ours, hence 6pm Sat, docket ' always on his mind' .

Re: 15 minutes ago
I once worked up to 6.30pm on ovetime, never again, I was stupid to accept it and didn't realise the workload, I was felt embarrassed delivering so late, I was getting comments "you're late" "is this tommorrows mail"
I just wanted to go home, had enough of the comments and having to explain etc as well as gangs of scrotes hanging round didn't make me feel comfortable.
not doing it again.

Re: 15 minutes ago
Posties are not willing to do the overtime now because the managers are doing all the work, even indoor. I've explained to my dom that if he keeps doing postmans work all he is doing is stopping people getting made up to full time. No surprise, he doesn't listen to what i have to say, because all he's thinking about it savings and a nice bonus at the end of it. VOTE YES! and put a stop to this.
