National no DSA day

Post by POSTMAN »

If only we could organise a day of action where not a single blue /red shirt was to touch a DSA letter, just top get our point across. :cuppa
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

This would be easy from the processing side. I bet there are many delivery staff who dont know what DSA is!

if what im led to believe is correct and October is the end of the 5 years that Royal Mail have to deliver the final mile for D.S.A.
management have 2 options .

Currently we are told we lose 2p for every item we deliver . . . . .why dont we increase the price we charge per item or is that a bit obvious .
OR

Tell T.N.T / DHL ETC . . .DELIVER YOUR OWN MAIL . . .

Short term the second option may well cost us revenue but how long do you think it would be before D.S.A. customers came knocking at our door because T.N.T AND Co couldnt deliver their mail .
