Hows this for a thought,set up some kind of subsidiary(thoughts on what the new business could be called) offer DSA,go through the motions as normal with it.
Extra profit for RM,oh and undercut the other DSA scum.
Would this be legal?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I see what your getting at, I know at one time the Daily Telegraph was printed by a firm called Trafford Park Printers, which in no way whatsoever was a subsidary company or in any way connected to the Telegraph... even though all they ever printed was the Telegraph and her sister papers! Go figure

They might be trying this with MS3 as they were complaints of unfair practices when RM mentioned cutting the prices and specs for MS3.

Perhaps we could call the subsidiary "Consignia" but hasn't someone tried that before. :whistle

you think "someone" would allow that to happen ? "their" only interest is killing the royal mail and taking whatever backhanders it can off other businesses.

The trouble with this idea is that you are playing into the hands of our competitors.They would love to see our delivery side cut adrift .Our mail centres would then have to pay for delivery just like tnt etc. It will eventually happen I have no doubt but lets not push for it.
