What a bloody mess

After having a good read throught the thread's on here is it just me or has the CWU completly ballsed this up. we're out again today and have now lost 2 week's money around £630.
Once again the rest of the country work's as normal wondering whether or not they'll even have a chance to vote let alone which way they will vote.
This I do know though for the first time some of our office has gone in along with some from the office we share the building with., they simply can't lose anymore money waiting for the union to sort it's self out.
CWU your going to lose this dispute unless you get your f**king act together pretty quick.

I've got to agree the union have made a pigs ear of the sitution. Hayes and Ward should go now. They should have gone at after the last agreement. Royal mail achieved would they set out and union ******* ** badly. This time round its no better. I feel for peoples future.

Totally agree with the pair of you the union should of acted a lot quicker than what they are at present. But remember R/M are trying the squash the union by picking on work places area by area by doing this they hope to achevie a divide and conquer just before the national ballot. Will any of us be happy to lose the national which will be the death of the union mind if that happens, and hand over our working LIVES,FUTURE AND CONDITIONS to R/M . Remember we are a national union although it hasnt felt that way of late ( we took un-offical I/A for 4 days) and we must all vote as one and return a resounding YES VOTE. Please dont lose faith in the union at such a crucial time just imagine what our working lives will be like under R/M if we dont get a yes vote . STAY STRONG CHAPS WE WILL ALL BE OUT SOON

Hold tight,what about the PEC,recieved an email (someone went to some meeting) today,regarding why the national ballot has taken so long,well the answer apparently is the PEC were not aware of what was going to happen regarding exec act and did not realise how bad things were out in the field!!

Well, we've been telling our reps. who in turn have been telling the area reps. and they should've been telling those above them what the general feeling was on the shopfloor. They really only needed to come on here to see what the general feeling was so it's no good them saying 'I didn't know what was going on' when it would've been obvious to a blind man on a galloping horse what was going on.

Awfukl is the new word for their indecisive actions.
