bank holiday wage stopped?

as many of you know Livingston walked out unofficially on saturday morning,on the way out management were informed that this was a 24 hr. strike in support of our colleagues whose wages were stopped for refusing to cross a picket line,this morning we were "briefed" by our DIM on the return to work,when quized on whether we would be paid for mondays bank holiday he said that it "was with RMs lawyers" now we'll find out sooner rather than later if we've been paid but if we've not then we all know the outcome
