Reserves - Saturday off

Post by steven100 »

I'd really like to know if reserves are entitled to a saturday off every 6 weeks. Like everyone else. So, is their any union reps etc that could help me out and probably many others. And if so, under what????

Thanks

Never happens in my office, infact the reserves are more likely to has their Saturdays off changed (if they're on a duty that rotates to a Saturday off).

Turn round one day and tell your manager too flex if you are flexing! If not join the union and strike for a better deal for all!.

Sorry for the lack of insight to your position we in our office are considering strikes on Saturdays too make the management work the hours and times we do!. Can only hope you do the same all the best.
