procedures for testing your walk

Post by NWpostie »

When I come back from my longish break, assuming the Flexing is still continuing, the Lino has "threatened" to assess my work rate, he said "if I wanted to be awkward", he quickly retracted that statement and reverbalised as "being Official", he would said "threaten" he would test my walk if I state I cannot absorb any Flexing due to time, note I haven't refused only state I have only x amount of hours and may not be possible to take a flex.

So Guys and Girls, whats the procedure and advice you can give me when being tested.

Whats the prep rate for IPS ?

Prep rate for your own Delivery ?

Walk rate ?

Delivery procedures ?

Guidelines for using Golf Trolleys ?

any Official handouts to guide both sides on Testing a Delivery.

every information counts.

Thanks in advance :wave

BTW I am voting YES in the upcoming ballot and not before time, it took nearly 2 years of this shite to show the folly of the P&M 2007 agreement. :evil/mad hopefully this time there will be NO fcukups

ips sort rate is 31 items a minute for letters thiers only an agreement for a 1 minute test.
prep rate for you frame is 25 per minute, again only 1 minute test.

I dont know anyone who gets more than about 10 items / min on IPS lol
prep rate seems a bit more closer to the mark.
