Any other delivery offices targetted by Royal Mail?
We have always stood up for our rights, in this office. When other offices got shafted we mostly stopped them doing the same to us. Shamefully, some higher-ups in the union have smeared us as always taking industrial action at the drop of a hat. They say, "It's only them again. They should take it like everyone else does and stop winging".
Let's put lie to that. We only take action to defend ourselves. Now, we are bombarded with managers from other offices. They regard us as the one to break, if the others are to be made to fall into line. They are turning worker against worker. All in the cause of (yes you've guessed it -CAR DERIVED VANS).
We are fighting alone around here. We need other offices, who are sending managers in to break us, to be taking the same action as us. After all, they have taken the same stance against car derived vans. Why are we left to fight office by office? Let's have some co-ordination!

the one office at a time is the tactic that was given to each cluster manager from the royal mail board,no not give in as the majority of the country are now starting to ballot and one office will not be standing alone.
