Just had a revision in my Office, as we didn't agree to it Royal Mail took executive action and allocated duties and implemented a staggered change over, so far hundreds of SD's being delivered after 1pm so they're expecting a big fine this month and on Saturday auto levels piled high with packets left over for Monday and this is the customer care they talk about :hmmmm If only the customer could have a peek inside :mad

:Very Happy :hmmmm Must admit ,our office has never been given instruction to prioratise SD's ,so when they arrive after 1pm I do inform recipients of their rights. Course I might use my initiative and stream my walk if I was rewarded or needed to extend delivery to negate lapsing :whistle

And were in the centre of London, delivering to a lot of high profile companies, the way they've changed it we'll now have Vans delivering all the SD's, over 3,000 items split between 10 to 12 vans, obviously security is not high on they're list of priorities :arrrghhh

So what had happened?
Was it a breakdown, traffic problems on the road, or had someone messed up badly?

packets are " granny parcels " on Planet RM , it's not modernization it's cost cutting , pure and simple , everything is based on a TNT Holland Model  which has been proven to be a waste of time .

BTW TNT are apparently a bit of a joke over there :hmmmm
