Unless you run over a group of school kids or crash into the examiners car you'll pass, all you do is drive around in the biggest van the office has for about 30 minutes to make sure you're not a complete maniac.

my office uses a local driving instructor, he talks you through the log book, booking vehicles in and out etc then you go for a drive and chat, very informal, never known anyone to fail

They are desperate in our area which is why we have three drivers who have never done any RM driving test :hmmmm How does that work if you (god forbid) have an accident? Just a thought!!!!! :pray

You should find the test pretty basic and easy. Take your time and watch your speed and check mirrors etc. Also get the van your going to use parked so its easy to start off so you dont end up reversing out of a yard etc,

One did in my Office, never driven for 20 years and the test was abandoned before it even left the yard, something to do with clutch control I think.

as for me I will be glad to get off driving, I've had enough, did it all old Sherpas, Ford Combis and vans, LDV Maxus, LDV Minibus and 7.5T Vans you name it, I want out and back on the walk, they are stacking more and more responsibility on driving.

I think there is going to be a shortage of drivers in my office soon, now its all changing to the buddy duties, no one wants to get stitched up with the driving. Next time the licence checks are due I'm not showing mine, you don't get any allowance any more and drivers are always the last ones back at the office and have to deal with everyones D/L's etc. :so there
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

if you have already passed your driving test, why do have to pass another one?
