£9M in cuts?

A relief Manager told me today that RM are looking to try and save £9M next year in savings off of us.
That's around 500 full time jobs give or take a few.
Or a hell of a lot of night duties,which they seem intent on getting.

We've already lost one night,we've got 5-15 hrs SA a night left,which if that goes it aint going to be good.
Looks good on paper,20 bods doing 15 mins extra work when we come in to cover it.
But there's a lot more to be considered,and it i'll just make things worse.
To be honest,me,and i know a lot of my colleagues,aint gonna push no boat out to get things done.
And while we're here,is there anything else we could give them to help out the profits

Seems my office have saved a few quid with the fInal arrival of our new pouch boxes.
Great in size but strength is another story.
Ill give the ones i have seen about a month before they are knocked over by our local vandals.

All remaining nights due to be axed in Portsmouth asap if the indoor review gets forced through.

Union due to vote against it on tuesday but RM may go for EA.

Whoever designed the review has to be on drugs or insane or both.

RM strategy is cuts and not modernisation. We have seen no moderisation whatsoever, just budget cuts.

40 mins IPS, seems like your office have had it easy for too long . We're on IPS for 2hrs nearly everyday.

It is not possible either to do 1hr 50 minutes of IPS, plus 2.5 hours bagging up, sorting, throwing, killing off and picking up car and 4 hour delivery as there is not enough time. IPS needed to be cut mainly.

40 mins IPS, seems like your office have had it easy for too long . We're on IPS for 2hrs nearly everyday.
