It's hardly a secret, if the PC has got evidence directly from posties they must have told them that parcels are prioritised and it seems to be linked to managers bonuses, it was even suggested at the last PC enquiry.

They could even prove it themselves by sending a Tracked 24 parcel and a 1c letter to each PC member and see which arrived the following day!!
