Found out today that we are both using identical cards now. Had a customer on saturday showing me 2 delivery cards 1st and 2nd attempt, both had no parcel tracking number on them, so she cant arrange delivery. Strange i thought, leave it with me and ill bring it out Monday. Turns out it wasnt on our system at all as its Parcelforce. The card is identical bar a small parcelforce logo corner of the card
What dufus is making these decisions?

If the correct box has not been ticked and tracking number not included that is down to the driver being lazy .
