HELP! Can’t access Robin App

Hi

I am trying to get into the Robin App. I’ve only just seen the video on how to access the app and realised I wasn’t meant to press the download Microsoft Authenticator app. I did do that and it’s now not showing me a code to type in or giving me an option to sign up via a text code.

Anyone know how to get around this TIA

Which video are you referring to? I've not seen one. I did get to a thing telling me to download the authenticator, which really annoyed me. Not sure what I ended up doing. If I watch the video I might be able to remember what I did, or work out what you could do.

Hi, I'm a new starter and will start next Monday. I have been told to download ' people app' from the app store.
Is this the same one as the ' Robin ' app ?

went through it all the other day, eventually got it up and running. Next time i open its locked me out again.

TBF the only thing I use it for is payslips and checking OT and leave.

The rest of it - if you like looking at pictures of noticeboards/whiteboards in nice, clean, cleared offices, then fill your boots.

It has been posted before, but you can go to this link and then about halfway down the page is a link to the people app so you can just do it through a browser using your existing people app credentials
