Saw some office furniture today being advertised at leeds mail centre. Is that managers property or Royal Mail property they are selling?

If the managers are inventory/budget holders they might have the authority to 'write off' end of life/surplus/
low cost items, but it might be worth asking Simon or Nicola what the money is going towards/is there independent
