Has anyone actually had payment for your RDO landing on a BH instead of the lieu day?
The policy of a day off in the same week OR you get the choice of payment or a lieu day hasn’t changed has it?

We got told no payment option was available for the 2 Easter bank holidays. Everybody had to take a day in lieu. Reason given was the financial situation of the company.

My manager directed me to page 31 of appendix A of the time off work procedure that can be found on the people app.
Has this now superseded the above or are they chatting crap again?

Easist thing to do is sign the ExcessDuty sheet next to your name and select the tick box
for money, or select the tick box
for day off in lieu.

We we told no ex pay ,no day off add to holiday you had to have a extra day off that week , no problem I take that !
