We have had 3 managers leave this year already for better jobs,
trouble is they were 3 good ones and now were stuck with the rubbish ones who no one else would employ anyway .

An ever increasing list of managers at my one manager delivery office have gone sick with stress and then another is brought in. Whereas I have never seen my workmates so relaxed. No rushing around anymore.
