Extreme weather tool

Had a WTL this morning and apparently RM have a tool where they input the info from the met Office and it makes a decision as to whether its safe to stay out on delivery or too dangerous once again RM proving they couldn't care less about anyone's health and safety, common sense should dictate whether it's too hot or not
