Asked to train someone in my duty

Hi. Iv been asked to train one of my colleagues on my full time duty. I have no problem with this, am I entitled to any extra payment for doing this trainig was told all training should be done by the work place coach, so would I be entitled to that work place coach payment. Our work place coach wouldn't know my duty to train anyone on it.
Is there anything official I can show manager if that is the case.

You get the daily allowance for training a new start.
I don't think you get anything for showing someone how to do a duty.
It isn't training.

You're not training your colleague, just showing them round your route. Less work for the same money while they're with you

I would rather train someone to do my duty myself, at least I know they will do it right then.

I trained at least 4 and never got a penny extra ,asked them but always made some excuse, coach was biggest brownnose in the office too.

Yes!!..you can be paid “DAILY” on the PCP System don’t let them fob you off it can be done!..if you’re not a WPC and they ask you to train someone!!..
