How long to do D2Ds now?

I’ve still got most of 2 frames worth of D2Ds and was wondering if there’s a time frame I need to do them by these days? Is it 1 week or 2?

They are normally done the week you receive them.

I'm lead to believe, that they should *all* be delivered that week, but we roll over last weeks D2D into this weeks. I still have around 25 or so from last weeks in my frame that the customer did not receive any mail during the week. Our dim / lino's don't say anything, as yet, anyway.

We've been told to warm call only and if the contract is not time critical ie a coupon/offer for a certain date, any
left can be rolled into a second week, which normally gets rid.

seen boxes piled up that were several weeks old over christmas so guess its whatever suits them at the time

The chances are if they've had no normal post for a week then there's nobody living there anyway, unless it's in an area with holiday homes?

I do the same but have a clear out every other Friday.

I thought the correct procedure was warm call only but complete by the end of the week by cold calling if necessary on Saturday.
What exactly is the point of having 17 D2D for one address left in the fitting?

That was the procedure. But then 2020 happened and it became do-what-you-feel-like with regards to D2D. It's like when the lottery rolls-over except you win 3 expired Dominos leaflets.
