Does anyone have a number that actually connects you to a human at OH?
Had an appointment last week and wasn't offered a copy of the report - I really need to obtain one for my records as I'm building an important grievance case with legal advice from the union.
Been passed from pillar to post all afternoon and can't get hold of the right people - started with the letter which said to contact the Helpdesk number printed on the referral letter. It's just a succession of answering machines.
