It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Those doors are stacked on large pallets for a reason - as soon as they are transported they are a sitting duck for getting dented. Never mind transporting it through a whole delivery network.

^^^^ Correct. They are shite.That things are hollow with a feeble softwood frame about an inch thick. Oh and they have cardboard in them for strength.!!!

Was it a Tracked item? If so, I hope the postie was able to take a photo of it in full, with it lying on the customers door step?
