Hi just wondering if you have to have been employed for a certain time before purchasing annual leave? Thanks

No, but you have to apply by February the year before the new leave year.

To clarify you would now be too late to apply for the 2022/2023 leave year.

As stated you have until 28th February to apply for POAL for 22/23 leave year.
