I sent a few recorded delivery items at the beginning of last week.

All 3 items haven't been delivered yet. A week later.

Priotising tracked and specials, and letting the rest build up, does a massive diservice to many customers and some of our core services.

RM can blame Covid all they want, we all know, managers have been failing letters and packets as a way to save money for months and months now.

The truth always comes out in the end, im very surprised a panorama style programme has not been made for the failings at Royal Mail at present.

I used to get my payslip every Thursday now it regularly comes on Satudays

In our DO work is failing daily. Not because of covid, just that walks are doubled up when people take rest days, not many staff want to work their rest days and we have vacancies that are not being filled.

Find it so confusing that Simon always says the customer does not accept Covid as an excuse anymore yet for every press briefing RM use covid as the main excuse. Covid would be a contributing factor in some units but the lack of appetite to get vacancies filled, the terribly thought out revisions and staffs low morale i believe would rank more highly for the bad service.

I would hope if the company were to splurge all over shareholders while deliberately running down the service four bloody months after the state of exemption ended, that Ofcom would be all over such a scandal.

SDs, Tracked, Packets, Mech Letters, Manual Letters & Flats

Today i have specials for all over my round. The second half won't get there for 1pm. Why i should care Simon, when you don't!?

Why won’t they get there for 1pm, nip round in the van and do them first before u start anything else. Obviously your going to have less time to do everything else but let your manager know before you leave the office and make it his problem not yours.

Why won’t they get there for 1pm, nip round in the van and do them first before u start anything else. Obviously your going to have less time to do everything else but let your manager know before you leave the office and make it his problem not yours.

I've never felt more ashamed than the day I delivered mail that had been sat in that particular office for 4 weeks... People were refusing to take it out because it was too shameful...but ffs, it is deeply immoral and unethical to delay mail to that extent, this included several appointment letters for a children's hospital, some of which could potentially have missed out on cancer treatments... What have we become? Union ... sat on hands, drooling, cross eyed, humming.... as usual.

It was a poor area, some of those people had fines which surely must have escalated, probably crippling their finances. No doubt this caused a whole range of awful problems for a lot of people.

It is beyond disgusting, I was enraged... I honestly believe somebody needs to be held legally responsible and punished to the maximum extent the law allows, I am deadly serious, and I don't care if anyone calls me a drama queen, but lock them up & send a message.

Those disgusting ghouls at the top care only to feather their nests before moving onto the next top position, and seemingly they're more than willing to put the lives of children at risk.

How the share price goes up my is beyond me... when our technology sucks we stubbornly refuse to invest in technology and were an immorally run car crash.

As an investor myself I would strongly discourage anyone who invests with ethics in mind to avoid Royal Mail, and use the great resource that is this forum to find out the truth about this shambles of an organisation..

Well said. Simon is rubbish. Why harm the service just to save a few quid when it will lose customers and anger the public?!

My office is "fairly" clear, but clearly still not good enough. Loads of people ditched mail today in our place just to have a reasonable but still with overtime finish.

All my 1C and 2C parcels are from 20th, 18th, 9th, etc. NONE are from 21st or 22nd.
