What would you do?

Getting seriously pissed off with the job.

Been with RM for almost 2yrs & im a reserve on a small section.

Because the section i am supposed to be on is so small there are not always people off on leave so i tend to be shunted here, there & everywhere, not just on different walks but on different sections, sometimes daily.

What really gets me though is that there are other people in the office who have the same length of service as me (some with less) who are being kept on the the same dutys for weeks & months on end, hence they know what they are doing from week to week & also get their long weekends (something i very rarely/never get)

I get on ok with MOST of the gaffers & have tried talking to the DOM who listened but just told me "this is the way that RM is going"-& wasn`t much help.

Any ideas what i can do,nobody really seems to take me seriously when i complain but its really starting to do my head in.

Without sounding like a big kid,it just isn`t fair!
