So we finish sorting eventually this morning & the line manager comes around to say, “you know what you are doing this morning, just parcels & packets & tracked as it’s a shorter day? Then as you leave the office he says, make sure you clear the IPS frame even though you have left more than half your walk in the frame anyway

Most managers have lost the plot I'm afraid.
Our DOM was last seen pushing Yorks around the yard with a postie on the front door telling him where they should go. We got posties doing the line managers jobs like organising the rota and making sure the duties are covered. Wouldn't be surprised to see one or two taking centre stage once Work Time Learning picks up again...then again maybe not
