Noticed im due quite a few days mon hols etc when do you have to take them by? And if they dont grant you when you actually want them can you end up losing them?

By the end of the holiday year..end of March, but they can carry it over up to certain limits

You can't lose them.
You can only carry them over with their agreement.
They can only carry them over with your agreement.

This bit intrigues me, if you get to say February/March and don’t agree to carry over but management insist annual leave is full, what then?

I’m sure there were a few on here carrying over multiple weeks of holidays each year (before it was changed to hours).
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

They say this but I have carried over more than five weeks leave before and heard some in the office have more( some even around 10weeks) . Ended up having three weeks leave in a row to go see family abroad so worked out well but I've worked my way back up to over three weeks leave currently owed again and yet apparently no free slots left! Even though I pay for the extra week they didn't even grant me one over a year ago when I had it on the form! You may need to ask them if they can fit them in but they may tell you to carry them over
