Hi
Started on Wednesday in the delivery office on a 30 hour contract. Got sent straight out on a round without any prior training, was put on same round as the workplace coach. Was just given a few loops of letters only to get a feel for it. Was in today at 7.30 for an hour's training which never happend so back out on the round but this time armed with a PDA ( only shown how to sign in on it and where to scan for round). So basically had no official training, but the workplace coach is a star and really helpful. I wasn't told what time I should be in tomorrow, don't have a clue where anything in depo is basically just feels like I'm winging it and will continue to do so.
I know I have only done 2 days bit I feel that I actually know nothing about what's going off and everything is just like a blurr to me. Don't actually mind being out and about but actually feel like I haven't learnt anything n basically just winging it when delivering parcels etc.
I'm guessing my contract is to work Sundays delivering parcels but if that happens I've not a clue what to do, as I would be working on my own.

Re: New starter
You'll get there, my first week was a total blur (I didn't get a PDA for a good 2 weeks, as it was just before the old ones were replaced and there weren't enough!)
