Van assessment grading high risk!

Post by 49erman »

I know a fellow postie who started recently who has never driven a transit van and was assessed in a transit recently! Needless to say he was graded ‘high risk’. He is now worried about his second attempt and the recriminations of being graded badly again. Does anyone know how many attempts you get? And can he be ‘let go’ for two failures? He loves his job and is being told by his trainer that he is doing really well. Can anyone give some advice? Thanks.

How do you get high risk? I hit a wall during my changeover and scored low risk.
Manager decided I should probably do it again, that time I didn't hit a wall and got medium risk
