it gets discounted from the attendance procedure.

Part-day absences will not normally be
considered towards the formal process.

If the number of part-day absences
has become excessive, the matter will
be discussed with the employee in line
with the principles of the Attendance
Agreement. Further part-day absences
may be counted against the attendance
standards, following advance written notice
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!

I thought that was right. They haven't discounted mindt
