Tracked revenue protection

I had two tracked today which Im sure should be surcharges. One from boots quite heavy it said 0.1 kg . And another said 1g . So how many are going through underpaid?

It's fine.The weight on the packet doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the weight of the packet the amount of postage paid is what matters l.

Not sure if that's just a RM system glitch, where two bar codes have been printed showing same barcodes, or somebody has found a way to send two parcels for the price of one delivery?

I got bored of raising this issue. Was told it’s not our problem get it delivered.

I raised this point when we had a 'big cheese' come round rallying the troops - apparently RM charge by bulk weight
of business Tracked items and also carry out ad-hoc sampling of parcels despatched so even if there is a duplicate barcode
it still gets charged for by weight in the big scheme of things. Apparently you scan the first item as delivered, then do the second one.

The revenue protection issue aspect should be of concern when senders are printing off duplicate labels at home I would imagine.

Nope, none of them do. Some have the declared weight printed on them
