Post by krussel »

Hi.

If i want to stop performing a regular Scheduled Attendance (SA) overtime duty how long do i have to give them as a notice period.

Thanks in advance

Doesn't say in the actual agreement, I'm sure this has been asked before so someone should know soon enough.

One month
Thanks. :thumbup

I know they had to give us good notice. I was hoping from our end it would be shorter.

Yes its in there. "undertaking maybe terminated within annual period by the giving of
one month's notice by either Royal Mail or the employee. "

If you can find someone to cover it then it can be shorter.

Have you actually signed the S/A agreement form.
If not no notice.
Also
IF you have have been doing S/A, have you been receiving the payment when on holiday, if it's your scheduled S/A week the same week also
