Any news on when we can we got to go back to customers signing for parcels, letters, etc Makes the Job much easier

Would make sense to just stay the way it is. Let’s be honest there was never a real signature on the pda from customers anyway, just a random squiggle.

As posted in another thread, without a signature, even as bad as they are, then Specials, Tracked Sig plus Recorded aren't as secure as they are being sold as. Hence the huge number of denial of receipts complaints.

A photo with gps stamp would be better unlike those random squiggles as you people put it. Funnily enough this is what our competitors do.

Has there been a huge spike though? We would be better off taking a picture of the parcel/signed for item by the open door like DPD do.
