How much is to much

Post by combo_king »

How much prep are you people expected to do in your office? We’ve went from 3 frames everyday... to 4 on a Tuesday... to 4 on a Monday/Tuesday to 4 everyday... now trying for 5 on a Tuesday..... Dom is a bit of mr Royal Mail n trying to be a hero for to up his bonus for saving part timers on doket prep..... always prep mine and the one attached (put those far to tight double frames in bout November) great for social distancing... then can be any random frames across the 3 postcodes in my office...hours are 6.24 till 2pm... Ment to be out for 9am with 20 minute break before part timers start... never happens ever.. went from an achievable work load with 3 to over every day bar Tuesdays.... I’m not a cut off guy always clear my own... and not forgetting the 100 plus lapse calls... but rarely take that apart from on a light Tuesday.... only so many hours in the day

1,350 items/hour.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Is it the DOM or really their boss behind it? The impression that I get is that these days a good chunk of what we get from local managers is possibly what they've been ordered to do by higher up

I always go by the more indoor work I have the less outdoor work I need to do before I finish. Very satisfying when its slashing down outside.

Sorry what?

5 frames in 2.5 hours?!

A whole walk, mech, manual, door to doors, packets, redirections, in half an hour?

That's what I thought, do we get a choice of a TARDIS or a Delorean to help achieve that ?
