Well I'm sure the 1200 offices yet to have a revision and the 100 failing out of the 300 revisions will find some comfort in what is agreed in the BT 2010 as seen by a doyen of the union................whereas in the real world of course...........................only 200 offices have produced a working revision in 2 years, there's united we stand...............and that's a joint statement.

Dvbuk more smoke and mirrors from you. I think your confusing the issues , there have been over 1000 revisons introduced in delivery offices since the Business Transformation agreement. The 373 which I mentioned or Moya mentioned are delivery method revisons. IWT revisons , sequencing revisons without methods and a whole load of other revisons have been introduced.
The 100 revisons which are not working are delivery method revisons. These revisons obviously introduce CDVs and HCTs.
Every revison be it delivery methods , IWT led , self starter , sequencing or any other type of delivery revisons allows for staff to move to improved attendances using the agreed menu of option and allowing for staff to have the attendance survey.
So it is not just 300 offices having that option it is anyone who has a revison.

You could continue that with Area,Division....Union.dingo wrote:Too many people play the blame game instead of taking responsibility for what is happening in their own office
Playing the blame game is fine for a debate, discussion or an argument but it really doesn't matter whose fault it is or was..
It's what you decide to do about it that counts.
Do we pull up the ladder behind us?...or do we try to make it right?
My office has at least 1 in 4 for everyone who wanted it...full-time and part-time,it doesn't fill me with a sense of superiority over those that don't.
As far as i can remember the agreement didn't promise 1 in 4 saturdays...for offices that stand up for themselves.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

Fish I could not agree more , but and there is a but the national agreement did not compel people to have a 1 in 4 off either.
I believe that there is going to be a survey to understand how many offices have 1 in 4 or less since the agreement and understand why they did not move to it.
My own experience is yes a lot of managers don't make it easy for people to move to it but some reps and members oppose the move as well and in London a number of offices have remained on wallingtons or your normal 5 day week instead of moving to a wallington plus option or a less Saturdays. The main reason is that they want on paper an earlier finishing time as possibile. We have even been to members meetings trying to convince them to change with a mixed response. Thankfully a number of offices have agreed improved attendances and less Saturdays but in my experience the main obstacle of trying to convince members to move is not management but our members in terms of having less Saturdays means your hours have to go somewhere else and normally mean later finishing times.

Quite obviously Her Majesty Moya doesn't see them as a revision or she might have mentioned them as such. As I recall there was, according to you, 10,000 vehicles in a field somewhere, waiting to be deployed on the BT 2010 delivery methods - which I believe Moya identifies as the way forward. Moya and you seem to be at opposite ends of the revision process dingo..................she says 387 and 100 not working and you say there is a 1000, better reread the script there dingo.dingo wrote:Dvbuk more smoke and mirrors from you. I think it needs to be understood that RM have completed 25% of their revisions so far, so if the unrevised majority are waiting for a guardian fairy to wave a magic wand and satisfy all their needs without them having to raise a squeek ,they will be sadly disappointed . Whatever the rights and wrongs of 2010 ,it is where we are, posturing is fine but practical is more useful .You are entitled to 1 in 4 (vast majority)
